It has mature manufacturing processes especially in hot extrusion die, steel die, diameter forging hammer, non-standard structural parts and other products. The company can undertake the manufacture of all kinds of non-standard spare parts, castings (ingot die), forging die, hot extrusion die and other products in special steel area.
3、工業爐窯設計與制造Design and manufacture of industrial furnaces
公(gong)司(si)承接各(ge)類加(jia)(jia)熱爐、退(tui)火爐設計、制造(zao)、安(an)裝、改(gai)造(zao)、維修與(yu)運(yun)保業(ye)務(wu)。先后為寶(bao)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)特(te)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)、湖北新冶鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)、興澄(cheng)特(te)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)等國(guo)內特(te)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)企業(ye)設計、制造(zao)、安(an)裝各(ge)類移(yi)罩式、車底式、環(huan)形式加(jia)(jia)熱爐、退(tui)火爐200余臺。
The company undertakes the design, manufacture, installation, transformation, maintenance and transportation insurance business of heating furnace and annealing furnace. It successively design, manufacture, install more than 200 moving cover type, car bottom type, ringlike type heating furnace and annealing furnace for Baosteel special steel, Hubei Xinye steel, Xingcheng special steel and other domestic special steel enterprises.

Its products include all kinds of unshaped refractory, among which the iron ditch refractory for large blast furnace is one of the best in China. The company has developed its own mortar products, which have online repair technology of high pressure resistant blast furnace, and the waterless mud-gun has been rapidly advertised and applied in various aspects.
